Lifting Machine Crane Mining Equipment Friction Hoist Multi-Rope

A closed steel wire rope with a container in the middle is wound on the drum. When the motor drives the drum to rotate, the friction and force of the steel wire rope and the drum are used to lift and lower the container. Control to achieve braking; realize the depth indication of the container through various position indication systems; monitor, and protect the whole machine through the combined mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system composed of various sensors and control elements; realize the hoist through computer and network technology Information transmission inside and outside.

This series of products are used in coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines for lifting coal, minerals, lifting personnel, lowering materials and equipment, etc.

According to the request of the hoists’ performance parameter, the product can be equipped with single-disc brake or double-disc brake friction gear, the floor model friction hoist and its friction liner have double rope races and the rope pulling device; the head-frame hoist has single rope race. Under the condition of oil free, water or the oil for special purpose, the friction liner will adopt the high-performance materials of Japanese production GM-3 or the imported GDM-326, whose friction coefficient is no less than 0.25. The displacement of the hoist sheave and the guiding gear adopts the centre-of-gravity shift layout, and the gear rim is equipped with macromolecule wear-resisting liner material to reduce the friction from the wire rope. Adopt the rear oil cylinder disc brake controlled by electric and hydraulic pressure; the hydraulic pressure station divides into two types – medium voltage and high voltage. Medium voltage station has two methods of braking – holding brake force and hydraulic delay; Medium and high voltage station has two types – the constant deceleration and the constant braking torque, which is also equipped with pressure relay, pressure sensor and the pressure transmitter. The velocity measurement transmission and the back protection are equipped with brake disc deflection monitoring device and the wire rope sliding monitoring device, the groove device and specialized tools.

Working Principle
The sealing wire with a container hanged at the end enwinds on the barrel. When the motor drives the barrel to roll, the container is lifted and lowered through the friction between the wire and the barrel; the electric transmission controls the speed; the disc brake works through hydraulic pressure and the electric control. A variety of location indication system shows the depth indication of the container; various kinds of sensors and control elements form the integrated system of motor, electricity and hydraulic pressure to monitor and protect the whole machine; Internal and external information transmission is realized by computer and the internet technology.
